We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color representation on your computer monitor is correct.

5. Order and Payment

By placing your order, you agree to the purchase of a product in accordance with these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 6th delivery

We offer deliveries to countries within the European Union. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the delivery address and selected shipping method. We strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

8. Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects for our products. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RFLECT Leif Ropohl and Laura Inoka GbR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenues, data, or use, that arise for you or third parties, whether from a claim based on contract or tort, resulting from your access to the webshop or your use of the webshop.
